Primary Teacher - L13
Milk Education are seeking dedicated and experienced Primary Teacher to join an amazing SEMH primary school in L13. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching small groups of children with aocial, emotonal and mental health difficulties, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment, and contributing to the overall development of our students.
You will need to be flexible, energetic and enthusiastic about working with children who have complex needs and/or Autism. If you are up for a challenge, like to have fun and really want to help make a difference, then Milk Education might have the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of pupils
- Develop and implement engaging and effective teaching strategies to enhance students’ understanding and enjoyment of learning
- Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support students’ academic and personal development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
- Good behaviour support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for teaching.
