Education Students - South Liverpool

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for final-year Education students to gain valuable experience in primary schools across South Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for student teachers and those studying education-related degrees to develop their classroom skills, build confidence, and enhance their understanding of primary education before qualifying. Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience working alongside teachers, with the potential for future teaching roles starting in September 2025.

Requirements:

  • Currently in the final year of a Primary Education degree, PGCE, or related course
  • Passion for teaching and supporting children's learning
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Willingness to work alongside teachers and support staff

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in classroom teaching and lesson delivery
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support
  • Gain experience in lesson planning and behaviour management
  • Work closely with teachers to support pupil progress
