Here at Randstad Education, we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Upper Key Stage 2 (UKS2) Teacher to join our dynamic team at a well-established primary school in Liverpool. This long-term role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher to inspire and motivate students in Years 5 and 6, helping them to achieve their full potential in preparation for their transition to secondary school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons to students in Upper Key Stage 2 (Years 5 and 6).
- Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and independent thinking.
- Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with special educational needs and those working at greater depth.
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and setting next steps for improvement.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the social, emotional, and academic development of each child.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a focused and positive learning atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS).
- Experience teaching in UKS2, with a solid understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- A passion for education and helping children achieve their best.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Competitive Pay: £100 - £140 per day, based on experience and qualifications.
