Year 2 Teacher - South Liverpool
A primary school in South Liverpool needs a Year 2 Teacher to start as soon as possible. This role suits both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs). The school values strong classroom management, creative lesson planning, and a commitment to helping children progress before they move into Key Stage 2.
Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (preferred, but not essential for ECTs)
- Ability to track progress and adapt teaching to meet pupils' needs
- Strong communication skills to work with staff and parents
Role:
- Plan and teach engaging lessons that support learning and development
- Assess pupils' progress and provide support where needed
- Help prepare pupils for the transition to Key Stage 2
