Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver curriculum-aligned lessons that inspire and challenge students.
- Monitor and Support Progress: Assess student learning and provide targeted support to help them achieve their full potential.
- Create an Inclusive Classroom: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued.
- Work as a Team: Collaborate with colleagues and engage with parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Prior experience teaching Year 4 or Key Stage 2 in UK schools is mandatory.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
