Year 6 Teacher

Milk Education have partnered with a Primary school in North Liverpool who are looking to appoint a passionate, creative and strong year 6 Classroom Teacher. Whether you are at the start of your teaching career, or an experienced teacher, this role could be for you.

The successful educator will be a resilient individual who is able to plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons, that can adapt to each students needs.

Are you a Qualified Teacher who is committed to understanding and working with students to help them access the best opportunities?

This role a full time role start Jan 2024 , you will work with other year 6 Teacher closely to plan lessons and plan SATs preparation for the children 

Non Negotiables

  • Qualified teacher status 
  • Experience working with children with SATs prepartion or Higher KS2 classes 
  • Understanding of the UK Curriculum
  • MUST be a team player

Experienced needed:

• Knowledge of the National Curriculum

• Knowledge of effective teaching and learning strategies

• A good understanding of how children learn

• Ability to adapt teaching to meet pupils’ needs

• Ability to build effective working relationships with pupils

• Knowledge of guidance and requirements around safeguarding children

• Knowledge of effective behaviour management strategies
