Your Teaching Assistant responsibilities & requirements:

  • Work with children in small groups to support their learning
  • Where necessary, work 1:1 with children to complete interventions and targeted activities
  • Be a positive role model for students and staff
  • Collaborate with other members of staff, including specialists
  • Asist the class teacher with preparing resources and setting up activities
  • Have an enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
