Role and Responsibilities: As a HLTA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our KS2 classes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Leading small group activities and interventions to boost student learning
- Implementing strong behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment
- Supporting the development and well-being of all students in your care
- Contributing to the overall ethos and success of the school
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working within KS2 is highly desirable
- Strong behaviour management skills and a proactive approach to maintaining discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for working with young children and helping them achieve their best
