Job Advertisement: HLTA (Key Stage 2)
Location: Kensington
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our Key Stage 2 team at a vibrant and supportive Catholic Primary School. This is a long-term, full-time position starting from 4th November.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the learning and development of pupils within KS2.
- Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
- Provide targeted support to pupils in small groups and one-to-one settings.
- Assist in the assessment and tracking of pupil progress.
- Take responsibility for leading lessons in the absence of the class teacher when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in education or a related field.
- Proven experience working within Key Stage 2.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate with staff, pupils, and parents.
- A commitment to fostering the values and ethos of the Catholic school environment.
