About the role

Vision for Education are seeking caring, nurturing and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants who have a passion or interest in working with children and young people. Working in Primary schools across Sefton, supporting children with their daily needs both academically and socio-emotionally is a highly rewarding position, with each day being a unique learning experience and the opportunity to truly make a difference.

  Requirements

To be considered for the role of Supply Teaching Assistant you will:

  • Have experience working with children and young people
  • Have a calm and resilient approach
  • Have a passion to support individuals with additional needs

All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.

  Salary

£350 to £450 per week

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to get one
  • Have recent and relevant experience of working with children, young people and or vulnerable groups of people.
