Are you ready to launch your engineering career with a global leader in advanced automotive manufacturing? Ford Halewood Transmissions Ltd (FHTL) is seeking ambitious Graduate Process Engineers to help shape the future of electric vehicle (EV) powertrains.

Join our Manufacturing Engineering Team and work across multidisciplinary groups, driving projects that transform how we deliver world-class production processes.

�? What You'll Be Doing:
  • Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes for cutting-edge EV components
  • Manage projects safely, cost-effectively, and to strict engineering standards
  • Deliver innovative, real-world solutions in a high-paced, collaborative environment
  • Promote a zero-accident, diversity-first culture
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements (Jobs per Hour, Reliability & Maintainability focus)
  • Ensure compliance with global quality and environmental standards (GIS, TS16949, ISO14001, ISO18001)
  • Lead and direct cross-functional teams and manage external contractors
  • Champion continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies
�? What You'll Need:
  • A Degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering (essential)
  • Strong computer literacy (Excel, Word, Project Management tools)
  • A can-do attitude with the drive to tackle complex challenges
  • Excellent analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset (experience with 8Ds, 5 Whys, 6-Sigma a plus)
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, ergonomics, manual handling, and SPC desirable
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to grow
