Exciting Opportunity in Advanced Manufacturing

Are you an experienced Process Engineer ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in the advanced manufacturing sector? Samuel Frank is looking for three talented Process Engineers to join a forward-thinking organisation working with cutting-edge technology for automotive and aerospace applications.

In this role, youll play a pivotal part in optimising and maintaining heat treatment processes, ensuring world-class efficiency and operational excellence.

The roles will offer Process Engineers genuine opportunities to learn and develop as well as progress their careers. A Process Engineer who is passionate about learning and problem solving will have the right approach to make this a success!

As a Process Engineer, youll be responsible for:

  • Leading scheduled maintenance and repair tasks on heat treatment furnaces, including rebuilds and system upgrades successful Process Engineers dont necessarily need previous heat treatment or furnace experience
  • Conducting safety checks, condition monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics.
  • Driving re-engineering projects and process optimisation.
  • Supporting commissioning and final acceptance of new equipment.
  • Developing and updating SOPs and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

What Youll Need:

  • Degree in materials, heat treatment or process engineering.
  • Passionate Process Engineers who are can keen to learn and progress will be will suited! Someone who is looking to develop and gain chartered status would be ideal.
  • Around 5 years of experience with advanced process and ideally heat treatment equipment, preferably in automotive or aerospace manufacturing.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
