- Lead the strategic development of the Social Value Management module within the Compliance Chain platform.
- Engage with contractors, public sector clients, and social value leads to gather insights and feedback.
- Conduct workshops, roundtables, and focus groups to validate product direction and future enhancements.
- Collaborate with development and design teams to translate sector requirements into intuitive, high-impact digital tools.
- Stay up to date with policy updates, frameworks (e.g. TOMs, National Social Value Measurement), and emerging best practices.
- Support the commercial team with product insights and client engagement during onboarding, demos, and bid processes.
- Identify opportunities to expand our impact in the social value space through innovation and integration.
- Experience in Social Value Management, Bid Writing, Framework Bids, or Public Sector Procurement.
- Strong understanding of social value measurement methodologies and their application in real-world projects.
- Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and translate complex policy requirements into practical software solutions.
- Experience in SaaS product development, digital platforms, or transformation initiatives (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with leading social value metrics frameworks (e.g. National TOMs, SEQM, bespoke client measures).
