We are excited to offer several opportunities for Automotive Ad Hoc Quality Inspectors with a well-established automotive client located in Huyton, Liverpool. Your primary duty will be to inspect and evaluate products to ensure they meet customer requirements and specifications.Previous experience in the automotive industry is essential for success in this role.Location: Huyton, LiverpoolShifts: Mon-Fri Early Shift: Approx. 06:00-14:00 Late Shift: Approx. 14:30-00:15Pay Rate: £12.00 per hourFlexibility: Shifts will be confirmed at short notice, so adaptability is essential.Contract: Ad hoc TemporaryAll shifts will be confirmed at short notice; therefore, flexibility will be essential. Please note there is no set shift pattern for this role.Responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting visual inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Performing tests on products or components to confirm they meet required specifications.
  • Documenting and reporting defects or non-conformances identified during inspections.
  • Collaborating with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Conducting audits of production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inspections and test results.
Required skills for the position:
  • Must have previous experience in automotive industry
  • Ideally, previous experience in quality inspection, though not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of quality control methods and techniques.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
