Business Development Sales Executive

Certain Advantage is hiring for a Business Development Sales Executive based in Liverpool. The role is on a permanent basis on a hybrid basis.

The Company

We're working with a business that's a leading Manufacturing client in Liverpool.

The Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Business Development Sales Executive to join their existing sales team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong organisational and communication skills and are money motivated this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and growing the inside sales territory.
  • Managing a specific amount of small to medium sized accounts
  • Generating leads and expanding the client based through phone calls, email and digital outreach.
  • Converting prospects into sales opportunities efficiently
  • Managing a territory of accounts and building relationships
  • 50,000-55,000 basic DOE plus bonus

The Individual

  • Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience ideally within a chemical company.
  • Proficiency in at least one other European language; preferably German, Italian or French
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to establish rapport and cultivate relationships with customers over the phone and remotely.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation capabilities.
  • Results-oriented with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
