- Product Manager
- Liverpool - 2/3 days a week in the office
- £70,000 £80,000 + bonus
Our client in Liverpool is currently on the lookout for an experienced Product Manager to come in and help drive the business forward through supporting the business goals and operations. You will work closely with stakeholders and other IT professionals in leading a product management team to ensure applications are optimised to meet the needs of the business whilst also enhancing productivity and efficiency.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Manage a team of product/application owners to standardise the approach to business applications
- Manage the performance and development of the Applications Team
- Own the relationship with the supplier and keep updated on road map, new releases and functional enhancements
- Ensure there is appropriate documentation of the application landscape, application integration, data models and data flows
- Manage contracts with external suppliers including SLAs where appropriate. Ensure regular follow-up meetings with external suppliers in order to ensure optimal service levels
- Seek to fully understand existing business processes and recommend improvements where appropriate to optimise the solution
- Develop monthly reports to identify usage and measure adoption rates for the software applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the applications team with broader business processes
The following skills and experience will be beneficial for this role:
- Strong technical proficiency including architecture and integration
- Knowledge of legal and/or core applications (M365, iManage, Intapp)
- Strong communications skills
- Experience with project management and delivery excellence
- Good understanding of data analytics and performance monitoring
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management along with problem solving
- Strong leadership skills to include hiring and performance management
