Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Mid-Level

Location: Liverpool (Hybrid: 3 days in the office)

Working Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)

Role Overview: As a mid-level Sales Development Representative (SDR), youll be part of the engine that powers SupplyWells growth. Working closely with our sales team in this role, youll connect with school decision-makers to introduce them to SupplyWells services, secure initial meetings, and help establish long-lasting relationships with potential schools. Your work will be dynamic, people-focused, and impactful - helping to bring SupplyWells mission to life.


Key Responsibilities For Sales Development Representative:

Outbound Outreach: Reach out to Head Teachers, Cover Managers and school administrators across the North West using phone, email, and social channels to introduce SupplyWell.

Meeting Setting: Schedule initial meetings for our team to showcase SupplyWells services and how we support schools.

Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads to ensure schools are the right fit for our services.

CRM Management: Keep our CRM updated, tracking outreach activities and maintaining seamless communication.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and the wider sales team to share insights and support the transition of schools from first contact to happy clients.
