We are currently seeking several Ad Hoc Quality Inspectors for a well-established automotive client based in Speke/Halewood, Liverpool. All shifts will be confirmed at short notice; therefore, flexibility will be essential. This is an ideal opportunity for those seeking extra money. Hours of work will be between Mon-Fri on either approx. 06.00-14:00 or 14.00-23.30 shifts, paying 11.44 p/h. There may be an opportunity to move to full time hours but initially all roles will be offered on ad hoc basis.

As a quality inspector you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet a certain level of quality standards. The primary duty of a quality inspector is to inspect and evaluate products to ensure they meet customer requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities will include:

Conducting visual inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Testing products or components to ensure they meet required specifications.
Documenting and reporting any defects or non-conformances found during inspections.
Communicating with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Conducting audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Maintaining accurate records of inspections and test results.

Required skills for the position:

Ideally previous experience in quality inspection but it's not essential.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of quality control methods and techniques.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
