Alexander Lloyd is partnering with a Pensions Administration business offering a range of retirement services to Pension members worldwide. Our client is looking to appoint a Senior Pensions Project Administrator to join their Liverpool office on a full-time and permanent basis, with a flexible hybrid working arrangements.

About the role:

As a Senior Pensions Project Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Pensions Project Manager and assist with delivering on a wide range of client pension projects. These projects are likely to cover buy-ins & buy-outs, GMP reconciliation, rectification & equalisation, benefit analysis & rectification work, data cleanses and much more.

Key responsibilities:

  • Completion of complex benefit calculations, prepare and produce ad-hoc reports.
  • Prioritise and manage workload, ensuring projects are being delivered on time and within budget.
  • Accurately check, update and maintain member data on systems.
  • Attending client and project meetings.

Key skills and experience:

  • Strong experience working across DB, DC and Hybrid Pension schemes.
  • Experience of working across projects, adhering to delivery time lines and agreed outputs.
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders
  • Advanced MS and excel skills, someone who is able to manipulate data for analysis / reporting.
  • Knowledge working.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding on pensions legislation and regulations.
