Global Project Director

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Project Management Director to lead our team and drive the successful delivery of global infrastructure projects. As a member of the senior management team, you will oversee all project management activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

You will have global project management experience, within civil engineering, infrastructure or ideally the water sector. You will have worked on complex, high value (100Ms) international projects operating at governmental/state level.

This is a high pressure role, involving extensive international travel, and working with tight deadlines. It is not for everyone, but if it is for you there is the opportunity to join a business and make a massive impact.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead project teams, providing guidance and direction throughout the project lifecycle
- Utilize project management software to plan, execute, and monitor project progress
- Implement project management methodologies to ensure project success
- Supervise project activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Oversee cost control measures to maintain project budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development initiatives
- Ensure efficient systems are in place for effective project execution

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, Business Administration, or Engineering

Proven experience in team management and organizational leadership

Experience with supervising large-scale infrastructure projects or programs, ideally within the water sector

Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies

Proficiency in utilizing project management software for planning and tracking purposes

Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members

Demonstrated expertise in cost control and budget management

Data analysis skills to drive informed decision-making processes

Familiarity with overseeing product development processes
