Location: Liverpool City Centre on a Hybrid basis

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 per annum plus potential of performance based bonus

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday 9amd to 5:30pm

We have a large tech team based in the Albert Dock and have recently transitioned into Product verticals, enabling our multiple products to work autonomously. What you will be doing:

  • Lead project planning sessions and develop detailed project plans.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Host any appropriate internal governance to keep projects on track.
  • Attend and run daily standups

What we're looking for:

  • Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the financial/Insurance sector.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organisational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software/tools.
  • Prince 2 - Agile foundation & practitioner certification is a plus.
  • Works well under pressure
  • Great communicator & not afraid to make decisions.
