Position: Project Manager (Automotive Manufacturing)

Location: Deeside / Liverpool

Hours: Monday - Friday (Some weekends)

Salary: 55,000-60,000p/a

Due to significant growth, we are recruiting a Project Manager, the role will be working in the automotive industry and the successful candidate will have Project Management in the Automotive manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects and services. Ensuring that a detailed review is undertaken regarding all Projects and Services, planning ahead forecasting costings.

Duties:

Maybe requested to assist the technical sales director on quoting a project, or variations on a project.

Generate the planning and organising of the project or services work and the teams required to meet given priorities and task or multiple tasks timing.

Customer Handover

Organising assigned specialised work to the relevant standards, Procuring materials, equipment and resources as appropriate.

Carrying out the assigned specialised work to the relevant standards, using materials, equipment and resources as appropriate.

Operating and checking specialist equipment. Carries out work and supervises team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to correct standards.

Reporting the actual status of projects or services with the finance team on a monthly basis.

Supervising the completion of work of groups of employees.

Assisting in implementing Human Resources' procedures in the area, including recruitment, discipline, performance management and appraisal.

Able to demonstrate a sound understanding of business, finance and personnel management techniques and the commercial aspects of projects.

The ability to communicate, negotiate, forecast and influence effectively, to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Excellent written communication through the use of e-mail, presentations and reports.
