My client are a leading main contractor who work on iconic residential and commercial schemes. Due to an increase in workload they are looking for aProject Managerto join them on a scheme in Liverpool.

- Main contractor background
- Background managing residential/commercial projects.
- Driven and motivated attitude.
- Strong organization skills.
Duties include:
- Overall management of the site workforce andbeing a line manager forSite Managers.
- Holding progress meetings with the client.
- Successfully directing the site management team through each phase of the project.
- Ensuring Health, Safety and Quality is managed effectively.
- Continuously evaluatingsub-contractor capabilitiesadvising Directors of their performance.
- Identifying potential issues on site at the early stages and notifying Directors.
- SupportingSite Managers with any build issues during the planning phase of the project.
