We are currently seeking a Block Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Who We're Looking For

  • Experienced Professional: You should have experience in a similar property management role and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Detail-Oriented: The property sector is fast-paced, so we need someone who can work quickly and accurately on our IT systems, with excellent spelling and grammar.
  • Engaging Communicator: We need someone who can build excellent rapport with both residents and clients, ensuring they receive outstanding customer service.
  • Qualifications: Ideally, you will be working towards an TPI qualification or higher.

Key Responsibilities

No two days are the same, but here are some typical tasks you might be involved with:

  • Managing a portfolio of developments in the North
  • Overseeing the full lifecycle of buildings up to 18 metres and above
  • Coordinating and overseeing maintenance activities, including repairs and renovations
  • Developing relationships and communications with senior stakeholders
  • Collaborating with Building Managers to ensure high standards of maintenance and residential satisfaction
  • Developing and managing property budgets, including forecasting and tracking income and expenditures
  • Conducting regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
  • Reviewing and approving invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Ensuring properties comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports on property performance, financial status, and operational metrics
