At Riverside we recruit to potential not just on skills and experience, so we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the essential criteria on the job description.The difference you will make as a Leasehold Asset Co-ordinatorYou will support the Leasehold Asset Services Manager to ensure effective asset services are delivered on behalf of RHO managed properties, in line with leasehold legislation including Section 20 and lease requirements, business priorities and the Group’s/ RHO’s Asset Management Strategy, ensuring works are delivered to cost, quality and timescales.About youWe are looking for someone with •   Experience within the building industry, ideally working within the Leasehold Sector. •    Understanding of statutory leasehold legislation. •    Experience of managing and co-ordinating insurance and legal claims. •    Experience of producing management reports.Why Riverside?(One Housing is a part of Riverside) At Riverside, we’re a housing association with a difference – enhancing the everyday for all our customers.
