What you'll be doing:
You will be handling all incoming calls and enquiries from both landlords and tenants,
Conducting property inspections, inventory reports, and assisting with move-ins and viewings,
Maintaining accurate records and databases, managing all utility queries,
Assisting with general office duties such as filing, scanning, and document preparation.

What you'll need:
Experience of conducting property check-ins and checking inventories in a sales environment,
Excellent communication skills,
Full UK driving license and own car.
