As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide one-to-one and small group support for children with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH. Work closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to implement strategies that enhance student development. Use your educational psychology knowledge to create tailored interventions and support plans. Promote emotional resilience and positive behaviour through structured activities and guidance. Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.Requirements: We are looking for an Educational Psychology graduate who: Holds a degree in Educational Psychology or a related field. Is empathetic, proactive, and adaptable to the needs of students. Has previous experience working with children (desirable but not essential). Eligibility: Right to work in the UK.
