Position: Psychology Graduate - Learning Support AssistantLocation: Liverpool Contract: Full-time, Term Time OnlySalary: from £12.82 per hour

Job responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and Speech and Language difficulties.
- Assist in the delivery of tailored interventions to promote children's academic and emotional progress.
- Support the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Work closely with the SENCO and other professionals to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Monitor and record pupil progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
- Promote positive behaviour and foster social skills development among pupils.
What We're Looking For
- A Psychology graduate with a genuine passion for child development and education.
- Knowledge of SEN and experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
- Proactive, patient, and adaptable, with a commitment to promoting inclusivity and equal opportunities.
