Finance Business Partner - Liverpool, Hybrid working.
Are you an experienced Finance Business Partner looking to join a leading company in Liverpool on a full-time, permanent basis this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
As the Finance Business Partner, you will be at the heart of business decision-making, offering insights and analysis to drive strategic goals and financial performance. You'll work closely with senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring that the business remains financially healthy and growth focused.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver insightful financial analysis to support business decisions and strategy.
* Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow.
* Develop key financial models and provide recommendations to drive operational efficiency's.
* Present clear financial reports to senior management, highlighting performance and risks.
* Act as a trusted partner to other finance departments, helping to align financial targets with business goals.
* Identify and advise on potential financial risks and opportunities.
Skills required:
* Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar financial management role.
* Advanced financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to engage with non-financial stakeholders.
* Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
* Part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) or solid experience in these areas.
