Role: Progress Coach (foundation learning) Location: Merseyside Type: Temporary / Part Time Rate of pay £20 per hour Eden Brown are looking to recruit an enthusiastic progress coach on behalf of a leading further education college in Merseyside. This is a part time temporary role to cover sickness that will run for a minimum of 4 weeks possibly longer. Key responsibilities include: * Providing one-on-one coaching and guidance to foundation learning students. * Track and monitor student progress, setting individual goals. * Support students in developing personal, academic, and employability skills. * Collaborate with tutors and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development. * Offer pastoral support to enhance student well-being and motivation The successful candidate will have: * A passion for supporting diverse learners, including those with additional needs. * Excellent communication and mentoring skills. * Experience in education / training, * Ability to inspire confidence and motivate students.
