They are recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Ideally, you will be available for an immediate start with good industrial and logistics experience as well as some residential.

As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, your role will include assisting with the below:

  • Assisting with CVR forecasts
  • Updating all cost control procedures as advised
  • Helping to compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required
  • Produce accurate costing for each aspect of site development
  • Assisting with cash flows
  • Assist with preparation of tenders and procurement of sub-contractors
  • Process subcontract orders, payments and variations
  • Attend team meetings as required
