We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support the commercial and financial management of construction projects from inception to completion. Working closely with senior team members, you will assist in cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and reporting, helping to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.

  • Support procurement processes, including preparing bills of quantities (BOQs), tender evaluations, and contract documentation.

  • Measure and value works undertaken on site.

  • Track project progress and keep cost records up to date.

  • Assist with the preparation of interim valuations and final accounts.

  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders.

  • Monitor and manage project variations, claims, and change orders.

  • Help ensure compliance with contractual and financial procedures.

  • Contribute to risk assessments and value engineering exercises.

  • Attend site meetings and contribute to project reports.
