Associate Quantity Surveyor - Lead, Build, and Grow with a Global Consultancy

This is a unique opportunity to relieve the current Partner of project delivery responsibilities, lead a small team, and play a pivotal role in growing and shaping the London office.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll take the reins on Occupier Fit-Out and Refurbishment projects, while also supporting the Partner in managing and expanding the team. This is a career-defining position that combines hands-on project leadership with strategic influence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading high-profile projects from inception to completion across sectors such as:
    • Industrial
    • Office Fit-Outs
    • Residential
    • Commercial
  • Managing and mentoring junior Quantity Surveyors, helping them reach their potential while ensuring high-quality project delivery.
  • Developing and nurturing client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Driving business growth, working closely with the Partner to build the team and secure new opportunities.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • MRICS accreditation, or a commitment to completing it.
  • Proven Quantity Surveying experience with a UK consultancy.
  • Strong pre- and post-contract skills, with the ability to manage projects independently.
  • A successful track record of delivering fit-out and refurbishment projects from start to finish.
  • The confidence to lead a small team, mentor junior colleagues, and drive team growth.
  • Ambition to step into a leadership role and progress to Partner level.
