Are you an Estimator with a background in Construction or similar looking to join a family run company that is growing its team, offering progression, training and a variety of company benefits such as a car allowance, private medical insurance and a pension plan?

The company is diversifying into a wide array of projects, from electrical work to small-scale ventures- the possibilities are endless. The company is also involved in significant civil engineering projects, including the construction of oil depots, and consistently secures work through tenders with local authorities. This ensures a steady stream of projects, providing stability and growth opportunities for all involved.

In this varied role, you will work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the flexibility to plan your day around various deadlines. You may handle 5-6 tenders per week, and while some days will require you to be on-site, others will be spent in the office. The structure of your day is up to you, as long as you effectively manage your projects and meet deadlines. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, allowing you to balance office work with site visits based on your priorities and the needs of the projects.
