As a member of the Liverpool team, you will collaborate with five other surveyors on various projects in the hospitality and leisure industries. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project management
  • Estimating
  • Cost planning

  • Measurements
  • Valuations

You will handle all pre- and post-contract work for new builds and some refurbishment projects.

Ideal Candidate

  • Quantity Surveying graduate or a part-time student pursuing a QS degree
  • Experience in pre- and post-contract work (preferably within the leisure, hospitality, or retail sectors)
  • Client focused
  • Capable of building key relationships as you will be client focused
  • Project Management skills
