Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team!
About the Role:
As a Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering excellence across their projects. From cost planning to project completion, your expertise will drive success in managing budgets, contracts, and ensuring value for money.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for M&E projects.
- Prepare and negotiate tenders, contracts, and valuations.
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project targets are met.
- Monitor and report on project progress and financial performance.
- Identify and manage risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveying.
- Strong understanding of cost control and contract management within the M&E sector.
- Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
