Requirements:- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a focus on housing projects.
- In-depth knowledge of JCT contracts.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying.
- Experience with regional contractors is advantageous.
