Your Role as a Quantity Surveyor
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:
- Manage costs for groundworks and new build housing projects to ensure profitability.
- Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to negotiate terms and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor project progress, analysing variances and providing accurate reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, contracts, and regulations.
- Work closely with project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in groundworks and new build housing.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and contracts.
