Company DescriptionOur client is a multi-disciplined Civil Engineering enterprise specialising in groundwork, roads, surfacing, sewers, and various other aspects of construction. They provide Groundwork and Civil Engineering solutions to blue chip clients within the industry, including Laing O'Rourke, NHS England,Mannings ,Vascroft, and Sovini Developments, Vale, GK - projects range from working with Main Contractors to the Public Sector and Private Developers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor, who will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to cost control, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The role will involve working on projects in the Greater Liverpool Area.Qualifications* Cost Control, Cost Management, Cost Planning, and Cost Reporting, Valuations, Target deadlines.* Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)* Strong analytical and numerical skills* Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Proficient in relevant software and tools* Professional certifications or qualifications in Quantity Surveying or related field* Experience working in the Civil Engineering industry is a plus.
