My client are a leading M&E, engineering, and telecommunications contractor operating throughout the UK. They operate in sectors including retail, commercial, leisure, healthcare, the public sector, energy, and telecoms.
They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their business and work on Facilities Management and planned and reactive maintenance projects across the Merseyside area.
As the QS, your role will involve:
- Ccost control and value management strategies.
- Conthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements
- Oversee the commercial aspects of the project
- Manage cash flow.
- Manage subcontractor payments.
- Provide guidance on contractual issues.
- Variation Account and forecast final accounts.
