We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client's dynamic team. . You'll play a key role in managing costs, ensuring project profitability, and upholding the company's high standards across a range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, managing, and reporting on project costs to ensure adherence to budgets
  • Conducting site visits to measure and assess completed work
  • Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms
  • Overseeing project financials from initiation through to completion
  • Producing accurate financial reports and managing forecasts
  • Collaborating closely with project teams to provide cost analysis, risk assessment, and financial advice
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and industry standards

About You:

  • Proven experience in quantity surveying within construction
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field are preferred
