They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing business and work on a range of facilities management and small works projects, valued at up to 2m.
As the Quantity Surveyor, your role will involve:
- Cost control and value management strategies.
- Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements
- Help to oversee the commercial aspects of projects
- Manage cash flow.
- Manage subcontractor payments.
- Variation Account and forecast final accounts.
