  • Prepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and cost plans.

  • Generate detailed cost reports and forecasts to support project management.


About You:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a contracting environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes and cost control.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
