- Salary: £50-60,000 based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and cost plans.
- Evaluate and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and ensure cost control.
- Collaborate with project teams, providing financial and contractual advice.
- Generate detailed cost reports and forecasts to support project management.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a contracting environment.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes and cost control.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
