An ambitious and collaborative Property and Construction Consultancy, based in the heart of Liverpool, are looking to welcome a proactive Quantity Surveyor / Employer's Agent to their growing team.

The Quantity Surveyors' role

This is a great opportunity for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic, 20-strong team renowned for their Residential expertise.

You'll play a key role in delivering both Quantity Surveying and Employer's Agent services across a variety of projects, including supported living and affordable housing, with occasional involvement in healthcare, education, and commercial sectors.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Quantity Surveying / RICS Accredited degree
  • Residential Project experience is beneficial (Social, Affordable or Private)
  • Employer's Agent experience is ideal
  • UK based Consultancy experience is a MUST
