They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Liverpool.
As the Senior QS, your role will involve:
- Cost control and value management strategies.
- Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements
- Oversee the commercial aspects of the project
- Manage cash flow.
- Manage subcontractor payments.
- Provide guidance on contractual issues.
- Variation Account and forecast final accounts.
