The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll work closely with the Quantity Surveying Director, leading projects from inception to completion, including:

  • Preparing cost estimates and managing project budgets.
  • Overseeing the full procurement process and administering contracts.
  • Driving on-site success and ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Acting as a key client contact, building strong relationships and offering expert advice.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior staff to foster team development.

  • Expertise: Extensive experience in Quantity Surveying within a PQS/Consultancy environment.
  • Leadership: A proven track record of managing projects independently, from inception to completion.
  • Qualifications: MRICS or equivalent chartership.
