The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

Your focus will be on Occupier Fit-Outs and Refurbishments, managing projects from inception to completion, building key client relationships, and playing a pivotal role in growing the London team.

About You
The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:
- MRICS accreditation, or be eager to complete it.
- Proven experience in Quantity Surveying with a UK consultancy.
- Strong pre- and post-contract skills.
- The ability to lead a small team, with ambitions to grow it further.
- A successful track record of delivering projects from start to finish.
- A passion for progression, with the drive to step into an Associate role in the near future.
