Established in 2003, the company has flourished into an innovative team of professionals dedicated to excellence in design, property management, and the built environment.

With exciting expansion plans already underway-including the recent opening of two additional offices-this opportunity is perfect for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to thrive in a busy and rewarding role. The Liverpool office currently boasts a talented team of 25 professionals handling an expanding portfolio across education, ecclesiastical, and commercial sectors. Significantly, the right candidate will have the opportunity to advance into a Head of Quantity Surveying role, taking the lead in developing this crucial area of the consultancy.

Ideal candidates should possess solid experience as a Quantity Surveyor within consultancy or client-side roles and have proven expertise in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Overview:

  • Preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and accurate cost estimates for diverse projects.

  • Conducting valuations, preparing interim payment applications, and managing final accounts.
