Your new roleAs the business continues to grow its property portfolio across Liverpool and the North West, this is an integral new role in the business. They are seeking a Lettings Assistant to support the Operations Manager in driving occupancy levels of their residential property portfolio based out of their Liverpool city centre office. Main duties of the role include:
- Respond to lettings enquiries, understanding prospective tenants' needs and recommending the most suitable apartments/communities.
- Identify and reach out to potential tenants through various channels, including social media, university partnerships, and local marketing.
- Oversee our Rightmove adverts to ensure they are relevant, clear, and correct.
- Support the property team in conducting property viewings as appropriate.
- Prepare presentations that showcase the accommodation, highlighting features, amenities, and benefits of living within the property portfolio.
- Collaborate with property teams to build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and university representatives, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and preferences.
- Assist property teams concierge duties, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Analyse market trends and competitor offerings to inform pricing strategies and optimise marketing campaigns.
- Develop engaging promotional materials, online content, and targeted campaigns to attract students.
- Handle tenancy negotiations and convert enquiries into signed leases where appropriate.
- Manage the process from enquiry to move-in, with support from Senior Property Managers.
