The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting Landlords and Tenants with, while delivering an excellent level of customer service.Experience in the Lettings sector is an advantage or a sales background and evidence of working towards targets and communicating effectively.The successful candidate will be joining an Award-winning company. The role is based in the Liverpool location, so a candidate that lives locally or in the surrounding area with a strong market knowledge would be advantageous. Both Training and development are of a very high standard, as my client and the company truly believe that success is all about the team.This is a role for a candidate who would like to progress their career with a highly respected brand.  The Role: 
  • Arranging and accompanying property viewings
  • Negotiating offers, agreeing new tenancies
  • Ensuring lettings compliance is adhered to
  • Providing regular updates and feedback to landlords
  • Market and publish properties
  • Remarket re-lets
  • Manage keys and arrange collections
  About you
  • Self-motivated and driven towards achieving targets
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident and well presented
  • Full UK Drivers License
  • Deliver excellent customer care
  • Competent in Word/Microsoft and IT skills
